DaBaby Gets Fiery Employee Freestyle With His McDonald's Value Meal

CHARLOTTE, NC – DaBaby was apparently craving some fast food goodness on Sunday night (December 13) and decided to roll through a McDonald’s drive-thru. But the chart-topping rapper got more than he bargained for when the employee manning the window started spitting a freestyle for him.

Unbeknownst to DaBaby, the man serving his food turned out to an aspiring Charlotte, North Carolina rapper who goes by Mouf.

The Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment CEO, who shared the one-minute clip to his Instagram Stories, sat patiently while he spit, “I walk in the spot and they like, ‘Holy moly/There go that boy and that nigga, he doly’/Nobody tryin’ ’cause everyone know me. Crippin’ like Nipsey but shooting like Kobe/Passed it again like that nigga Ginóbili.”

Naturally, Mouf couldn’t contain his excitement and quickly posted a screenshot of DaBaby’s post to his own Instagram account. He wrote underneath, “Ayoooo Shouts Out To @DaBaby!!! The way this unfolded was LEGENDARY, I’ll Be In Touch.”

Mouf, who already had around 30,000 Instagram followers at the time of DaBaby’s post, has since pulled in another 35,000 followers based on the massive cosign alone. The Blame It On Baby artist hasn’t mentioned the encounter since his original post, but who knows? Maybe Mouf will pop up on the Billion Dollar Baby roster in the near future.

DaBaby was one of several artists named on the Billboard Hot 100’s year-end chart for 2020. In addition to “ROCKSTAR” cracking the Top 5, he landed another four tracks on the list, three of which were guest verses. His most recent album, the aforementioned Blame It On Baby, arrived in April and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with roughly 124,000 total album-equivalent units sold in its inaugural week.
