A lot of the support for 6ix9ine has been retracted in wake of his plea deal. The rapper spent the entirety of 2018 patronizing his peers in the rap game and demanding someone “test” his gangsta. Although his lawyers are trying to make him look like the victim in the case, Funk Flex shared his opinion on the matter and simply put, he wants 6ix9ine to take some damn accountability for his actions.

Funk Flex took to Instagram to address a meme that’s been surfacing that tries to make it seem like 6ix9ine’s involvement in the racketeering case isn’t actually his fault. Flex made it clear that he meant no malice with the post but wanted to refute some of the claims made in the meme. Flex pointed out all of the mistakes 6ix9ine made in his career such as allowing his management to take advantage of him, flip-flopping on “what side of the fence” he was on, and ultimately, participating in criminal acts but not willing to do the time for his actions.

“ALOT OF THOSE “CHARGES” ARE IN ASSOCIATION WITH SITUATIONS THAT WERE RESULTS OF SITUATIONS YOU ESCALATED,” he said. “MY BROTHER YOU BIT OFF MORE THAN YOU COULD CHEW! AT SOME POINT PLEASE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR “YOUR” ACTIONS IN FRONT OF ALL THESE FANS THAT HAVE SUPPORTED U! I/WE/YOUR FANS WILL NEVER SEE U AS THE “VICTIM” IN THIS SITUATION! YOU CANT “SPIN” THIS! BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF BRO!”
