Currently released in select international markets, Guap’s latest finds him taking to James Delgado’s production with a noted sense of aggression. There’s a chip on his shoulder, and given how affable he tends to be, it’s somewhat jarring to hear. Yet not entirely unsuccessful, as it imbues his words with a certain urgency that’s kind of refreshing — if a little less refined than usual. Throw in an additional verse from the ever-consistent Denzel Curry, who keeps that reputation alive here, and we’ve got another strong offering on our hands.
