Jorja Smith delivers her rendition of “Rose Rouge.”

It has been nearly two years since Jorja Smith released her debut album, Lost & Found. Though she’s propelled into stardom since then, fans have eagerly been waiting for her sophomore release. She’s been relatively quiet on a music front, for the most part, with the exception of singles like “Be Honest” with Burna Boy that was later on remixed by Ms Banks.

Diving deeper into the world, Jorja Smith has shared her new contribution to Bluenote Re:Imagined album that’s set to drop this September. The song is a cover of St Germain’s single off of 2000’s Tourist. Jorja flexes her range with a band that brings a modernized take to the original song.

Quotable Lyrics
Love, you gon’ need to play some more
You know there is a sinner of love
