Uncle Murda is back.

Uncle Murda‘s back with his new single, “God I Fuck With You” in anticipation of his forthcoming project. The rapper takes more of a laidback approach on this as he reflects growing up, making it in the trap, struggling with poverty but still making it out alive in ruthless environments. Despite all of this and the things that he’s done in his life, he makes it clear that he only fears the judgment of God. “I woke up this morning, that’s a W n***a/ That’s a blessing, God, good lookin’, I fuck with you, n***a,” he raps on the record.

Murda already dropped off his single with Tory Lanez, “62” earlier this year. His new project will also include appearances from Griselda members, Dave East and more.

Quotable Lyrics
Fuck a plea, we don’t make deals with pieces of shit
Pigs is dirty, do you know they eat pieces of shit?
I’m good, just tell me how much time I’mma get
Only God could judge me, tell the judge to suck a dick

Snoop Dogg drops some gems on Ozuna’s new project.

Ozuna came through with his new project, Nibiru earlier today. With an array of major features from some of the biggest stars in hip-hop and Latin trap and reggaeton, one of the highlights off his project features Uncle Snoop. The Long Beach native joins Ozuna and Anuel AA on the song, “Patek.” The two Latin stars sing their verses in Spanish before Snoop Dogg comes in with some OG advice on life and love. “Say, nephew, there’s nothing worse than an unhealthy relationship,” Snoop says before diving into his verse with a smooth tone.

Nibiru marks Ozuna’s follow-up to 2018’s Aura. His new project includes features from Swae Lee, Diddy, Nicki Jam, DJ Snake, and more. Check out Ozuna’s “Patek” ft Snoop Dogg & Anuel AA below.

Stream Janelle Monae’s new single below.

The last full tape offering we got from Janelle Monae was her beloved Dirty Computer tape that featured tracks such as “Pynk” and “I Like That.” Before the year wraps the singer has come through with a new musical offering for the upcoming live-action film Lady and the Tramp. The new single is called “That’s Enough” and features some cute dog metaphors about enjoying a life of perfect simplicities with a certain someone.

“A few bones, our home and some pups, yeah, that’s the good stuff,” Janelle sings. The track is just one of 32 songs that are featured on the film’s official soundtrack and Janelle will be featured on two more singles called “He’s a Tramp” and “What a Shame.”

Listen to the new tune below and let us know what you think.

Quotable Lyrics
Never mind your pedigree
You and me, babe, that’s a match
Let’s make new memories
Think of schemes that we can hatch
Make magic of the simple things

YBN Cordae, John Legend, & Nick Grant Unite For “In These Streets”

Cover

No drums necessary for this one.

Today marks the arrival of another chapter of Godfather Of Harlem, and once again the lineup is a stacked affair. Following a solitary drop with 21 Savage‘s “On The Inside,” YBN Cordae, John Legend, and Nick Grant have linked up for another cinematic affair. After all, when EGOT level talent is involved, the vibe is inherently extravagant. Opening with a beautiful yet melancholic piano line, John Legend proceeds to do what he does, his association with the Godfather Of Harlem adding a welcome dose of street cred.

The trio even opt to skip the drums altogether, keeping a sparse and somber feel throughout. “Make excuses, we do it, the truest, life is so beautiful, and beautiful is music,” raps Cordae. “Scream, “Woe is me,” n***s got their problems, learn their lessons every day, you just gotta solve ’em.” Nick Grant closes things out with some introspection, rapping “America is a cold game, we sellin’ China for the low mane,” Place dope in our hood, now they tryna hit a n***a with the R.I.C.O, like Calvin missin’ his rope chain.” Check out the track now, and stay tuned for more from the Godfather Of Harlem soundtrack.

Classic Loso.

Fabolous just dropped a video for his single “B.O.M.B.S.” off of his new mixtape Summertime Shootout 3. The star-studded project has features from JeremihMeek MillTeyana Taylor, and Chris Brown to name a few. Fab is as clever as always with his wordplay on the track and spits to the beat with his signature style. The Brooklyn rapper is an artist who has held his own since he stepped into the game. His flow is just as consistent as the “Can’t Let You Go” days and he has evolved with the new sound of this generation.

The video is a simple concept for the most part with Fab standing in front of shots of New York with different words and flashing lights illuminating the walls behind him throughout the video. It’s lit. The camera is focused on Fabolous for majority of the 3-minute clip and ends on his name in flames. The barz are fire so it makes sense that something in this video would be.

Fabolous’ outfit is fly as always and his dancers are baddies for real. The Lambo truck also makes a cameo in the music video.

Check out “B.O.M.B.S.” above and go bump that Summertime Shootout 3.
