Akademiks has accused Lil Baby of chickening out of a fight, and allegedly has the receipts to prove it.

The media personality’s issues with the rapper can be traced back to his latest album It’s Only Me, where on the songs “From Now On” and “Top Priority,” he called out Ak by name, rapping: “Akademiks know he ain’t as rich as me” and “Akademiks, n-ggas think they can’t get touched.”

Akademiks proceeded to air his frustrations with Baby in a livestream on his Twitch channel earlier this week, calling him a “retarded rapper” while threatening to “choke him to death.”

“I will fight Lil Baby for free or for money,” he said. “I just wanna get in the ring with him. You ain’t got no 4PF, n-gga. I will choke you to death, I will punch you in your face. You’re not doing shit. Stop it. You’re a fucking retarded rapper, you can’t do shit. Stop it. Who gon’ stand on that?”

He added: “If Lil Baby even hinted at it, n-gga, I’d be like, ‘Let’s go. Let’s go, n-gga.’”

DJ AKADEMIKS WOULD SNITCH ON LIL BABY IF HE WAS EVER HIT WITH RICO CHARGES

Baby has yet to publicly respond to Ak’s challenge, but the Off the Record podcast host seems to think he’s intentionally avoiding a scuffle. In his latest livestream, Akademiks held up his phone to the camera and showed alleged messages from the rapper asking him for his address.

“This is Lil Baby, yesterday” Ak said. “‘Send me the addy,’ and today that’s when I seen it… I said ‘I love you too, let me know if you’re in New York.’ That’s how I responded. ‘Just let me know if you’re in New York.’

“I’m not gonna show you the address that he sent me, I don’t wanna dox him in case somebody he knows lives there. But he sends me an address and he says, ‘Yo I’m in New York.’ So I said, ‘Alright, cool.’ He said, ‘Let me know where you are I’ll come to you,’ so I said, ‘Alright, fine.’”

Ak claimed he was ready and willing to meet Lil Baby in the Big Apple, but later found out he wasn’t even in the city. “I said, ‘Imma be here and I got a stream at three, come on!’” he continued. “N-gga not even in New York. Typical rapper shit.”

Akademiks has been coming for Lil Baby’s throat for a few weeks now. In a separate interview with VladTV earlier this month, the podcaster responded to Baby’s lyrical shots by claiming the rapper lacked intellect, exhibits Tourette’s tendencies and is addicted to Percocets.

“My new nickname for Baby is Short Bus Baby,” he said. “He’s clearly just not that smart, bro. Because of my history with him, he thought I was talking about him when I wasn’t talking about him. He hit me up privately, I explained to him I’m not talking about him — and he was still super upset.

“He would come with these nonsensical things where I’m like, ‘Okay, clearly this guy is either being wilfully stupid or maybe it’s just Short Bus Baby!’ I’m sorry to tell you. No one with half a brain would even think to discuss me and Lil Baby — it just sounds stupid to say out loud — like financially.”

He added: “And by the way, I didn’t think that was a slight, I just thought that was him being stupid. He has one of those Tourette’s moments every now and then. You see him in the corner, he’s just punching at the air, he’s just flipping the water bottle. He’s battling the Percs and a lot of demons. I get it, wasn’t mad at that.”

Lil Baby’s It’s Only Me dropped on October 14 and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after earning roughly 216,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.
