Jordan Hollywood’s "The Wasted Youth" Collective Signs Joint Venture Deal With Warner Records

Quality Control artist  Jordan Hollywood has secured a partnership deal with Warner Records for his record label The Wasted Youth on Wednesday (October 2). Through this deal, Warner will work with The Wasted Youth on their R&B artist IV’s forthcoming debut album.

The Wasted Youth is a record label and collective founded by Hollywood when he was just 20 years old, and is headed by producer SkipOnDaBeat, who has produced hits for G-Eazy, PnB Rock, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, YBN Nahmir, Yo Gotti, and more.

Hollywood was introduced to R&B singer IV by music video director Edgar Esteves, who discovered the singer on social media and now serves as her manager. Her first single, “Because of Me” was released in May 2018 to YouTube and has since amassed nearly 100,000 plays across all platforms.

“We had offers on the table from so many labels but we decided to turn them all down and continue to push independently while IV grew and perfected her artistry,” says Hollywood of the deal. “When IV was ready to sign a deal, Warner Records felt right for us. They embody the same young entrepreneur spirit as The Wasted Youth. They’ve rebranded and IV is the perfect fit for Warner.”

Cardi B’s recent interview with Access Hollywood evidently didn’t go as planned. According to the platinum-selling rapper, the edits they made to her comments about motherhood made it look like she was some “wack ass mom.”

During an Instagram Live session, Cardi went off on the outlet for chopping up her interview and swore off media forever.

“Don’t use my kid for fucking clickbait,” Cardi said of the interview, which she noted would ensure she never gives Access an interview again. “Access Hollywood, suck my whole dick. Suck a dick. I hope your fucking mom catch AIDS, bitch.”

She added, “Don’t fucking cut half of the shit that I said about why I gotta spend time with my child.”

Following Cardi’s tirade, she hopped on Twitter and apologized for the drama.

“Ok guys I feel better now,” she wrote. “Sorry for the bullshit … whew Chile I haven’t been this made since WHAT WAS THE REASON?”

On Friday morning (October 4), the Grammy Award winner explained why she was so angry.

“You see I been workin my ass off doing my shit,” she tweeted. “I go out I do press run people took my kindness for weakness I felt violated I said how I felt now I am THE INDUSTRY WICKED WITCH AGAIN. This is why I don’t be talking or socializing cause it always end up bad for Cardi!”

The Hustlers actress also added she’d be deleting her social media accounts after her October 11 birthday.

“After my bdy..I’m deleting my social media accounts for awhile,” she wrote. “Cause a bitch just OVER IT.”

NEW YORK, NY – Gucci Mane claims he’s endured a Breakfast Club ban ever since his awkward 2016 interview, where he accused co-host Angela Yee of coming on to him.

“Wow! So you mean to tell me The breakfast club BANNED me 4 this? #TruthHurtst #getoffmydick,” Guwop wrote on Instagram Thursday (October 3), including a clip from the 2016 interview.

“We was cool, I was not on your dick,” Yee says in the video

“You be texting me what hotel you was at and stuff like that,” Gucci replies.

Gucci also included a clip from a 2010 interview, which he claims was for Yee’s Lip Service podcast, that captures a seemingly flirty moment between the two.

“Can you take it?” Gucci asks.

“I’m sure,” Yee replied. “You know what they say about little girls, especially Asian ones.”

On Friday (October 4), Yee fired back on The Breakfast Club Court, insisting that Gucci is not banned from the show. She also claimed that at the time, a representative of Gucci’s reached out to her saying the Atlanta rapper wanted to apologize by phone.

“I said, look, I don’t do that behind the scenes,” she says. “You said something publicly that wasn’t true, you should publicly apologize.”

She also denies that she ever hosted Gucci as a guest on Lip Service. She claims the 2010 interview he posted to Instagram is actually footage from her Sway 45 The Morning After show.

“I also don’t trust him,” she said, adding that “he has a history of lying.”

Yee believes the beef stems from a 2016 Breakfast Club interview with Yo Gotti, where Gotti revealed he’d had sex with Keyshia Ka’Oir, Gucci’s wife.

“He’s upset, to this day, and I guess he felt some vendetta toward me,” she said.

The Breakfast Club also weighed in with a Twitter poll, which they’ve since deleted, asking fans who they think is lying. Gucci responded to the tweet, writing, “Punk ass whores!”
