According to The Blast, who claim to be holding a legitimate record of purchase on the matter, Pusha-T just bought himself the Virginia waterfront home of his dreams. As the record states, Pusha-T’s new home is built upon 4,400 square feet of land, right next to the Lafayette River. His new pad boasts 4 separate bedrooms, 2.5-bathroom, an all the amenities you’d want in a modern home.

Back in January, a resoundingly private Pusha-T announced the purchase of the Virginia estate, before anyone was ever privy to its location, or price tag. He posted the following message alongside in which he sits next to wife Virginia Williams on the cobbled steps of their new home.

“Remember that home I was manifesting?? Well today we purchased an old beauty on the water in my sweet hometown and I couldn’t be happier,” he wrote on Instagram. “Can’t wait to get to work and show you all before and after pics. Thanks Paulo for your help!”

According to the report obtained The Blast, the waterfront home came out to $602,500 after taxes. For those who don’t know the lay of the US’s maritime front, the Lafayette Riverbed sits on the steps of Norfolk, the second-most populous city in the state of Virginia.
