2 Chainz has always spoken highly of Jay-Z. In his Breakfast Club interview this morning, he revealed that he was trying to get a Jay-Z verse for Rap Or Go To The League but the timing wasn’t right. “I’d love to work with him. I tried to get him on this album and he told me maybe the next album,” he explained.
2 Chainz has been chasing a HOV feature a minute. He revealed in 2013 that he was trying to nab a feature from Jay-Z for B.O.A.T.S II: ME TIME but was advised against it by Kanye West who emphasized the “me time.”
