Statik Selektah‘s always on his grind. Whether it’s spinning on the radio, working on collaborative efforts with top-tier emcees or simply working on his own solo efforts, Statik keeps his scheduled packed. He had quite a year in 2018. Not only did he release his own project, 8, he also linked up with Termanology for Still 1982 and Millyz for Saints & Sinners. Today, he returns with his new solo effort, Mahalo.

Statik Selektah drops off his new instrumental project Mahalo. The producer’s latest project consists of 13 new instrumentals tracks that sample traditional Hawaiian records and also live performances he saw while he was there.

“It’s just an album for the people saying “thank you”. All beats were made at the Lay Low hotel & then @seeseebeats_cas laced a few with the keys,” he wrote on Instagram upon the project’s release.

For anyone who wants to use any of the instrumentals, Statik’s offering beat leases at www.beatstars.com.
