Anderson .Paak Has A Song With Eminem & Boogie On The Way

We may be hearing an unlikely collaboration between Paak and Eminem soon.

Anderson .Paak has been working briskly to try and get his new album to the masses, and he’s been teasing some potentially exciting collaborations as well. Paak has previously claimed to be working on a masterpiece, he recently joined Sway on TRL to talk about a song that won’t be on his album. The song, which doesn’t have a title, is apparently a collaboration between Paak, Compton rapper, Boogie, and Marshall Mathers, himself. When asked about the track, Paak says, “That track was hard, it was like a dance track. I don’t know what he’s going to do with it, I hope he uses it.”

It seems that Sway actually had a better idea of what might be done with the song than Paak did, and suggests that the song will be appearing on the soundtrack to the film Bodied, which is set to premiere sometime this year.

The film, which is executive produced by Eminem, is about a young white man who becomes a competitive battle rapper, after being immersed in the scene when trying to write his graduate thesis on the subject. The film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival and won an Audience Choice award. Bodied will also feature roles by Charlamagne Tha God and Dumbfoundead. The movie will be distributed through YouTube Red sometime this year.

While Eminem and Paak is a bizarre thought to begin with, Eminem on a funky dance track sounds even weirder. But knowing those two, they should be able to pull it off easily.

Donald Glover, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld & More Appear in Tina Fey’s “SNL” Monologue

Tina Fey hosts a star-studded “SNL” finale.

Viewers knew they were in for something great when Tina Fey opened up the Season 43 finale of “Saturday Night Live” with a celeb-infused monologue—uh, dialogue this weekend.Touching on the fact that it’s been 20 years since she first step foot into Studio 8H as a cast member on the hit show, the seasoned Fey also made note of her birthday. While she turned 48 on May 18th, the star joked that she tells people she’s turning 60 in order to get a reaction along the lines of: “Wow, you look amazing.”

In the spirit of her birthday, Tina said that the powers that be gave her free will to do whatever with her monologue and so, she used it as an opportunity to take questions from “random” audience members. What took place was a star-studded Q&A session featuring Jerry Seinfeld, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Rock, Robert De Niro (who starred in the episode’s cold open), “SNL” alum Fred Armisen, Anne Hathaway, and Donald Glover.

Seinfeld was the first to dish out his question asking Fey if he thought that the amount of celebrity cameos on the show was taking away from other cast members before the arsenal of celebrity cameos was hilariously unleashed. Among other prompts were Cumberbatch’s inquiry into whether or not the show has thought about replacing Kenan Thompson with someone more famous with Chris Rock seconding that sentiment.

Fred Armisen asked Tina if she felt that the return of former cast members was taking camera time from the newer generation of “SNL” stars before wading into a pointless conversation about his diet regimen thereby wasting some camera time before Donald Glover reminded Tina that he was here just a couple of weeks agoand was wondering if she’d seen his hat anywhere in the host room.

“Just so you know, I have this system in place. So, I’ll be able to tell if you’ve worn it or not,” he warned.

The scene wasn’t complete until Fey’s 30 Rock costar Tracy Morgan popped up onstage to surprise Tina for her birthday shortly before she revealed to Morgan that Nicki Minaj was the evening’s musical guest. His response?

“I’ma get that pregnant.” Watch the full clip below.

Watch Nicki Minaj Rap In SNL Sketch With Tina Fey

Nicki defends her friends in a musical sketch from the show.

On top of her memorable performances of “Chun-Li” and “Poke It Out,” Nicki Minaj appeared in a sketch in this weekend’s episode of SNL. The sketch revolves around a group of friends who stick up for each other by insulting the people who’ve done them wrong — whether that’s exes or people who lied about needing a shift covered. When Nicki enters, she doesn’t even need to hear what her friend’s enemies have done before she launches into a diss rap.I’ll rip up her life
Yo, get the knife
‘Cause you low-key my wife
You my bitch for life
You a 10, she a 2
Life sucks for her
It’s goin’ down
When we come out
It’s up for her

It stars cast members Aidy Bryant and Kate McKinnon, as well as host Tina Fey. Watch the sketch above.

Nicki shared a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot on Instagram. This is not the first time Nicki has contributed to a sketch on SNL. She has previously impersonated both Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian on the show.

Nicki’s fourth studio album Queen is due out June 15th. She recently hinted that someone of great importance said that the album is her best work yet.

The Internet Set Release Date For “Hive Mind” Album

The Internet Set Release Date For "Hive Mind" Album

Instagram/theinternet

The Internet appeared on Sway In The Morning this week to reveal the July 20 release date of their Hive Mind album and drop knowledge on their next tour.

While speaking on their new single “Roll (Burbank Funk),” Syd explained how they collectively chose the beats for that particular song and other records. She revealed the beat for “Roll (Burbank Funk),” which was produced by fellow group member Patrick Paige II, was one they all agreed on.

“We’ll sit on it and then we just keep making stuff,” Syd said when asked what happens when the group doesn’t agree on a beat. “And [Patrick] brought that in the very early stages of the album making process. So, we were just sitting on beats. And we all kinda gravitate towards the same ones, thankfully.”

In regards to the Hive Mind title, The Internet’s Matt Martians explained it was inspired by a number of factors, including the internet itself and a group of psychics from a Marvel comic book.

“It’s actually very simple,” he said. “If you Google what hive mind means it’s basically just a collective ego, a collective mind. When people that are together they have a collective mindset. And I think when we’re together we all have a common goal. And we move in the same direction. So, it’s really that simple. And the internet is a hive mind of information. The actual internet. So, it kinda just has multiple reasons. And you know what’s funny? I got it from Marvel comics … It’s like a group in the comic books that are collective psychics that are super powerful when they’re together.”

And for fans eager to get their live fix of The Internet, Syd revealed that a tour can be expected “later in the year.”

Meek Mill Cancels White House Visit After JAY-Z Phonecall

Meek Mill Cancels White House Visit After JAY-Z Phonecall

Meek Mill will no longer be attending a White House summit on prison reform on Friday (May 18), according to TMZ.

Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks at the summit, and Meek felt that appearing alongside the president could distract from his message of bringing positive change to the criminal justice system.

Meek provided a statement to TMZ to explained his change of heart.

“I was originally scheduled to be part of a panel on Prison Reform at the White House to help shed light on the issues within the system. Unfortunately, the focus turned to the President and Myself which concerned me that it might take away from creating a positive result from today’s discussions. As a result, I decided not to attend so that the focus would be solely on fixing our prison system. Most importantIy I remain fully committed to improving our criminal justice system.”

TMZ also reports the decision came after JAY-Z called his Roc Nation artist to discourage him from the visit.

Meek also reportedly got calls from other “high-profile African-Americans” who advised him against it.

[This article has been updated. The following was published on May 18, 2018 at 7 a.m. PST.]

Since his dramatic return from prison that seemed like something straight out of a movie, Meek Mill has been performing and doing multiple interviews to raise awareness on prison reform. To further his cause, he is reportedly scheduled to have a meeting at the White House on Friday (May 18).

According to TMZ, Meek will be meeting with someone to discuss prison reform. It’s unclear who will be attending the meeting besides the Philly rapper. Sources have also told TMZ that other celebrities have urged Meek not to show up.

Meek will also appear on Reverend Al Sharpton’s show PoliticsNation on Sunday (May 20) at 8 a.m. ET. Dateline covered Meek’s case up to his release as well as the first few days after his release from prison.

Fans will also be happy to hear that Meek has returned to the studio to work on new music.

Drake & Lil Baby Debut “Pikachu” On OVO Sound Radio

Drake & Lil Baby Debut "Pikachu" On OVO Sound Radio

Drake and Lil Baby have finally released their collaboration and it’s titled “Pikachu.” The track was teased initially during Preme’s release party in Atlanta earlier this month and debuted on OVO Sound Radio this past Saturday (May 12). The Wheezy-produced track was confirmed by Beats 1 on Twitter soon after it dropped.

Drake is already on a solid run as he prepares for the release of his album, Scorpion, due out in June. The rapper recently broke the record for most weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 for a male artist this decade. Drake surpassed Bruno Mars after hitting 33 weeks at #1. “God’s Plan” debuted at #1 on the Hot 100 and stayed there for 11 weeks before being replaced by “Nice For What.” But the record-break also came with the help of “One Dance” (10 weeks at #1), “Work” with Rihanna (9 weeks) and “What’s My Name” (1 week). “Nice For What” is still at #1 while “God’s Plan” sits at #3.

Will “Pikachu” be joining the rest of Drake’s songs on the Hot 100? Take a listen to the track below.

Wiz Khalifa Says He Could Be Pro Fighter But Prefers Rapping

Wiz Khalifa Says He Could Be Pro Fighter But Prefers Rapping

Ahead of the July release of his upcoming album, Rolling Papers 2, Wiz Khalifa has been getting in fighting shape.

TMZ caught up with the “Black and Yellow” rapper at LAX, and asked him about Jay Glazer’s recent comments about him.

The NFL analyst and gym owner recently said Khalifa is “really good” at fighting, and was the only one who was able to give Glazer an injury body shot. Glazer also said that, if Khalifa really wanted to, he could go pro with his MMA career because “his work ethic is ridiculous.”

Khalifa agreed with Glazer’s assessment and said that while he would love to take his MMA career to the next level, he’ll need a lot of financial incentive.

“You gotta pay me a whole bunch of money to get me to fight, man,” he said, adding that while he prefers rapping to fighting, he’s having “a lot of fun” while training with some of the best MMA fighters in the world.

For his part, Glazer agrees. “I hope he continues to make his money without getting punched in the face,” he said.

Ariana Grande Shouts Out Nicki Minaj On Twitter, Fans Confuse It For Lyrics

 Christopher Polk/Getty Images

Ariana Grande can’t even tweet without people freaking out.

Ariana Grande not only has an incredibly devoted fan base, but she’s also gearing up for the release of her new albumSweetner, that’s set to arrive some time this summer. As such, her fans are hungry for any bit of information they can get about the new album, even the point of confusing a simple compliment with potential song lyrics. That’s exactly what happened yesterday, as Ariana took to Twitter to pay respects to one of her favorite artists and good friends, Nicki Minaj. “i love my big sis @nickiminaj so fuckin much,” Ariana wrote in a series of tweets. “there’s jus nobody better.” That last statement set her fanbase off, asking her if those are the lyrics to one of her new songs. It eventually got to the point where Ariana had to specify that, no, she’s just trying to give her “big sis” a complement. “warning : sometimes i am going to tweet things that aren’t lyrics or tea is that ok i’m sry ily,” said Grande in a follow-up.Of course, Nicki responding in kind didn’t help the situation much, but it did produce a previously unknown anecdote that shows how close the two of them really are, with Ariana running out of the house at Nicki’s behest and getting soaked in the rain. The two of them have previously collaborated on Ariana’s hit song, “Side to Side,” but considering both Ariana and Nicki have albums coming this summer, chances are we’ll be getting a new collaboration from the two of them soon.

Rihanna’s Fenty Lingerie Launch Is Leaving Fans Frustrated

 Joe Scarnici/Getty Images

Rihanna’s new line of lingerie is too popular for its own good.

Fans of Rihanna and her Fenty brand have been anxiously awaiting the launch of her new Fenty X Savage line of lingerie, but some fans are finding themselves out of luck when it comes to actually being able to buy it.According to People, prospective buyers of the collection are having their excitement cut short because rather than being presented with products to purchase, they’re instead shown a black screen and told that they have to wait in line.Users were given an estimated time until they’d be allowed to enter the online store, and an option to leave the line was given, though they would then have to start from the beginning. Among those who chose to stay, many would see their wait times extend over and over again, and for some unfortunate souls, when they would go to try and buy the lingerie, the website would refresh, causing everyone to have to start from the very beginning.Of course, while they were waiting, many pieces from the collection sold out, some within a few minutes of release. This kind of thing shouldn’t be a surprise for anyone who’s ever tried to buy Supreme online, as it’s typical to watch your shopping cart disappear before your eyes. This queue system is unique, however, and clearly not very effective.Regardless, congratulations to those who did manage to secure the clothes they wanted. Hopefully next time Rihanna creates this much hype she’ll be able to get better servers to handle the traffic.

Kevin Gates Previews New Music On Instagram

Kevin Gates shares snippets of new tracks.

Despite his recent release from prison, Kevin Gates has been cooped up in Illinois at the request of the state’s Department of Corrections as he’s been placed under strict travel restrictions that forced the rapper to cancel several highly-anticipated show dates.“The Illinois Department of Corrections has prevented Kevin from leaving the state of Illinois,” his wife Dreka stated in a PSA of sorts in regard to her husband’s whereabouts. “He isn’t even allowed to come home to California where we live. Since he was released in January, he has not been able to come home not one time.”Nonetheless, Gates has managed to turn lemons into lemonade, taking the opportunity to get to work in the studio, and Sunday evening he decided to bless fans with a few previews of what he’s been cooking up in the meantime. In a series of four posts on his Instagram page, Kevin delivered on three new tracks that we’re hoping to hear very soon.In the first, captioned “I done changed lanes,” he’s heard rapping “I ain’t miss a beat/Praise to Allah/Made it out the clink/ Alhamdulillah, praise be to God/Big booty freak/ Givin’ her massage/Lookin’ in the mirror, I’m looking at a star/ She get on her knees and look up at a star.”In the next clip captioned, “Pretend,” we hear him as he lets off the hook on a Go Grizzly-produced track: “D-ck so good make a b-tch start stalking it/Pussy, I juuged, now she won’t stop callin’ me.” The video that follows is an extension of the same track as he delivers on a verse that accompanies the hook. The fourth and final video of snippets comes through in the form of a Yung Lan-produced cut where he unleashes a barrage of bars that include, “So focused, I ain’t checking a comment/Want smoke, go relocate your momma.”Each new clip was attached to a tag reading “#imhim.” We’ve seen “I’m Him” before as the title to the NBA Youngboy-assisted cut of the same name, and the tagline on his official website. He’s been shopping the hashtag around for a while now since his release and most people have already chalked it up to be the tentative name of his forthcoming album. Naturally, only time will tell. But, satiate your curiosity with the posts down below.

Jacquees Detained At Milwaukee Airport

Jacquees ran into some trouble with the law at Milwaukee’s Mitchell Airport.

Jacquees can’t seem to catch a break. Sunday evening, video surfaced of the Cash Money crooner in handcuffs and being escorted out of Milwaukee’s Mitchell Airport. In the clip, Jacquees spots the person filming and decidedly pleads his case before anyone else gets to tell the story. As he exits the airport doors he begins, “I’m getting locked up for no reason. I’m getting locked up because the police said I flicked them off. I did not touch the police one time. I was singing in the airport. The police said I could not sing.”At one point, he is taken out of the camera’s line of sight as he continues and asks the person filming to “bring the camera closer please.”He adds: “I did not do nothing to an officer,” before he and a couple of officers disappear into the airport’s police station.Jacquees is in Milwaukee to headline the “Mother’s Day Affair” concert in the city. But, it looks like his detainment didn’t last for long as he popped up in the comment section of The Shade Room, where the video was uploaded and penned, “Milwaukee tonight!!!”He also appeared in his Instagram stories free as a bird in a video where he is having a conversation with someone off-camera explaining that you’ve got “plead your case” or get stuck in jail.He goes on to clarify that when the police officers said he “couldn’t sing,” it was not in the context that he wasn’t talented enough to sing. “That’s full cap,” he asserts.

This isn’t Que’s first run-in with the law. It was back in March that he was arrested in South Beach Miami after failing to obey a lawful command during a traffic stop that occurred because of his failure to wear a seat belt. It also doesn’t happen to be his first incident involving an airport. Last summer he was kicked off a Delta flight in his hometown of Atlanta when the aircraft was forced to return to the gate after he didn’t hang up his cellphone as is the usual protocol.

At the moment, no official details are available on the circumstances surrounding the singer’s detainment and if it led to any charges, but it’s good to know that it ended in a relatively more positive note.

Future brings the epic hip-hop festival to an explosive end.

Sunday evening, Future didn’t take his role as headliner of the final day of Rolling Loud Miami 2018 as a light task. Equipped with a five-piece band, coming through with two guitarists, a drummer, a keyboardist and his DJ, the Atlanta star didn’t leave much breathing room as he cut through a curated setlist that included tracks likes his Ace Hood-assisted “Bugatti,” DS2 standout “Thought It Was A Drought,” “Move That Dope,” and “Draco” among others.https://hnhh.co/youtube-embed/wOcD5XLxl5I?show_controls=1&playlist=&autoplay=He’d bring in some support from two backup dancers for A$AP Ferg’s “New Level” before offering up a live rendition of “Good Kush And Alcohol.” “Real Sisters” and “Freak Hoes” were up next before he dropped off something for the “fellas in the building right now” and hit it on the head with “Trap N-ggas.”https://hnhh.co/youtube-embed/FRa9VffbiwQ?show_controls=1&playlist=&autoplay=While Rolling Loud promised that Future would be coming in with a special surprise guest, Nayvadius overdelivered when he introduced Young Thug for the duo’s “Relationship” and Thug’s solo “Killed Before,” and followed it up with an appearance from Chris Brown for “High End” and “Loyal,” a moment in which Future took the opportunity to step offstage and return with a wardrobe change.https://hnhh.co/youtube-embed/xzWRwTi_uQI?show_controls=1&playlist=&autoplay=So began the ascent. Cardi B Deletes Instagram & Locks Twitter After Slamming Azealia Banks

Cardi B Deletes Instagram & Locks Twitter After Slamming Azealia Banks

Cardi B and Azealia Banks’ perceived beef just got taken up a notch. After Banks chided the “Bodak Yellow” rapper for her bad grammar and spelling during her Breakfast Club interview on Friday (May 11), Cardi responded to Banks’ comments on Twitter.

Cardi then deleted her Instagram and made her Twitter account private, seemingly fed up with the drama. But before she made her exit, Cardi sent out a barrage of tweets defending herself.

“Why is it that male rappers can speak how they want act how they want but people constantly bash me for it?” she began. “Why do i feel like i have to apologize for being who i am? talking how i talk and being what ya call “Ghetto” wtff. LEAVE ME ALONE!”

IMG_0837

Cardi continued, “Every week it seems like i’m in somebody’s mouth. Why was nobody talking about me when i was on love and hip hop? all of a sudden i’m the reason why the world is such a horrible place. i be minding my business i wake up and boom something about Cardi. i don’t get it.”

But she wasn’t done there. The pregnant Cardi continued defending her thick New York accent and broken English while showing love for her fiancé Offset, calling him her “personal pastor.”

IMG_0836

During the Breakfast Club interview, Banks explained she called Cardi an “illiterate, untalented rat” because she was in shock the bar had been set so low for female rappers. Cardi’s initial response to hearing what Banks said about her found Cardi questioning the Harlem rapper’s approval of Beyoncé and calling Banks out for bleaching her skin.

“Beyoncé? Wasn’t Beyonce the same woman she was talking shit about and dragging all over the media?” she commented. “I’m from the hood I speak how I speak I am how I am. I did not choose to be famous people choose me! People followed me on Instagram and the people gave me a platform to introduce my talent. I never asked to be a example or a role model.

“I don’t want to change my ways because I’m famous that’s why I just mind my business. This is coming from a woman that bleached her skin but want to advocate. GOODBYE. Im not apologizing or killing myself because of who I am.”

Outkast Celebrates Big Boi’s Son’s High School Graduation

Outkast Celebrates Big Boi's Son's High School Graduation

ATLANTA, GA – As Outkast, Big Boi and André 3000 are undeniably two of the most celebrated Hip Hop artists of all time. Hip Hop heads have been longing for another Outkast album since 2006 when they dropped Idlewild. Although there’s no known plans for new music from the ATLiens, it’s clear they’re at least still hanging out.

On Saturday (May 12), Daddy Fat Sacks and 3K attended the graduation of Big Boi’s son Andre “Bamboo” Patton II, who had just gotten his high school diploma from Woodward Academy in Georgia.

“Thank you Jesus !” Big Boi captioned the video. “My Baby Boy just Graduated with Honors !!! Antwan Andre’ Patton II ‘Bamboo’ #PattonBoys @woodwardacademy Class of 2018 #WithHonors #NextStopCollege.”

But in a 2017 interview with Complex, he implied another album wasn’t likely in the cards.

“Now it’s [rapping] more like a hobby for me, so I don’t think about it in that way,” he said. “Even with Outkast — if we never do another album, I’m totally fine with that. When I was 25, I said I don’t want to be a 30-year-old rapper. I’m 42 now, and I feel more and more that way. Do I really want to be 50 years old up there doing that? When I watch other rappers that are my age I commend them, but I just wonder where the inspiration is coming from. At this stage I’m really more focused on what I am going to be doing 10 years from now. And I hope to God it won’t be rapping.”

Big Boi and 3K have been staying busy though. Daddy Fat Stacks dropped Boomiverse last year and headed out on tour, while André popped up on the track “Rollinem 7s” from N.E.R.D’s comeback album, No_One Really Dies.

Azealia Banks Says Cardi B Only Identified As Black When She Became A Rapper

Azealia Banks Says Cardi B Only Identified As Black When She Became A Rapper

The plot continues to thicken. After Azealia Banks went on the Breakfast Club and bashed Cardi B for her lack of “couth,” Cardi fired back before deleting both her Instagram and Twitter accounts.

Now, the often controversial Harlem rapper has returned with her response to Cardi’s seething comments, attacking the Invasion Of Privacy rapper’s looks.

“Belcalis….sis, give up,” she wrote on Saturday (May 12). “You have a fever and are leaking breast milk everywhere trying to come up with a refutable comeback. Sis spent 12 hours proofreading a message while still COMPLETELY missing the point. You and whoever wrote this reply for you don’t have the intelligence to engage in this not-so-complex discussion.

“I spoke about it for all of two minutes in an interview and you respond by calling me unattractive..mentioning my bleaching my skin and telling me to ‘suck your ass.’ Immediately proving yourself to be exactly who I thought you were.. A Bird. Sis .. let’s not forget that you look like a big toe with a Hammernail without all of that contour on your face. You are a very mediocre looking light-skin woman with cold sores on the sides of her mouth, a coated tongue you love to wag around and horribly deep set eyes.”

Banks went on to point out that Cardi used to solely identify as Latina and says she only recently started calling herself black once she got into Hip Hop.

“It’s clear that you are having a problem with this new found proximity to blackness as evidenced by your propensity to turn any and all attempts to engage you in these important cultural discussions into faux-sympathetic cry baby rants about how you’re just a dumb bitch from the hood who never asked to be a role model. Reverse psychology won’t work here.

“As a Black Woman in hiphop its IMPERATIVE that you use your (new found) Black Womanhood responsibly. Saying things to Rolling Stone like, ‘I don’t even use condoms’ when HIV remains a threat to the many minority girls who patronize your music is IRRESPONSIBLE.”

Before wrapping up her tirade, the “Anna Wintour” rapper left Cardi with some advice.

“I suggest you leave these types of cultural conversations alone for now,” she concluded. “You don’t have the range.”

Kanye West Is Officially More Popular With White People According To Recent Poll

Kanye West Is Officially More Popular With White People According To Recent Poll

Kanye West may believe he’s out of the “sunken place” but judging by a recent tally, it looks like he’s still there. A new CNN/SSRS Poll shows West is more popular among white people than non-white people.

The poll states 23 percent of people who identified themselves as white said they had a favorable opinion of ‘Ye, while only 20 percent of those who said they’re non-white feel the same. Meanwhile, 53 percent said they had an unfavorable opinion of West overall.

Interviews were conducted from May 2 to May 5, 2018 among a sample of 1,015 respondents. The landline total of respondents were 402 and there were 613 cell phone respondents.

The poll comes just weeks after West went on TMZ Live and made the statement that 400 years of slavery sounded like “a choice.” Of course, this caused a flurry of controversy and subsequently spawned the hashtag “#IfSlaveryWasAChoice.”

Prior to that interview, Yeezy made it clear he still supports Donald Trump, even posting a photo of himself wearing a Make America Great Again hat. He described both himself and Trump has having the same “dragon energy,” and referred to Trump as his “brother.”

West also aligned himself with conservative political commentator Candace Owens in a tweet stating he likes how she thinks. Owens then appeared with him on the now infamous TMZ Live interview.

Throughout the firestorm of contentious tweets, West dropped two singles, “Lift Yourself” and “Ye Vs. The People” featuring T.I. The former was deemed more of a masterful troll track for its non-sensical “scoopity poop” bars, while the latter was more of a debate on Trump between the Grand Hustle mastermind and Yeezy.

West is reportedly back in Wyoming wrapping up several albums he promised to deliver this summer, including Pusha T’s King Pusha, Nas’ next album and his own follow-up to 2016’s The Life Of Pablo.

Kodak Black’s New Song “Mama” Ft. Jadakiss Is Dropping On Mother’s Day

Kodak Black attends the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum on August 27, 2017 in Inglewood, California

Kodak Black‘s still been dropping music despite his legal issues. The rapper was sentenced to a year behind bars after taking a plea deal in his guns and drugs case. While the rapper’s expected to be out this fall, there’s no doubt that he has enough music in the stash to hold fans over until his release. Kodak’s released music while incarcerated in the past and from what his engineer said, he’s been recording over the phone from jail. We haven’t received much new music from him recently but this Sunday, he has a little treat dropping specifically for Mother’s Day.

Kodak Black’s new song “Mama” featuring Jadakissand TXS is dropping at midnight on Mother’s Day. The rapper revealed this on his Instagram account which is definitely being handled by his management at the present time. It’s definitely exciting to know that we’ll have some new Kodak to vibe out to and we’re sure his mother will be extra appreciative of the song.

Aside from music, Kodak’s been doing some things to better his life from behind bars. He recently revealed that he’s writing a new book from prison. In addition, the rapper reportedly changed his name in jail from Dieuson Octave to Bill K. Kapri. The report claimed that the name change was for a “fresh start” but it wouldn’t change his stage name.

Missy Elliott Attributes 30lbs Weight Loss To Purging Soda & Bread

Missy Elliott is screaming from the rooftops.

At 46 years old, Missy Elliott is looking radiant as ever. In just 4 months, the Virginia-born rapper has implemented a new dietary plan that doesn’t come at the cost of her sweet-tooth. Her step by step approach is difficult to ascertain with the added-help of footnotes, but Missy insists she has Soda and Bread to thank for holding her back.Since eliminating the gluten based products from her diet she has maintained an equilibrium and lost 30 excess pounds of weight. You see, in Missy’s previous life, she was never much of a water drinker. But now with the restoration of her healthy “glow” she has become a firm believer in the famous rule of 8 regular sized glasses of water per day, if not more. Missy also reports the disappearance of a “sluggish feeling” she had grown accustomed to in the absence of water. With all the sacrifices Missy has made to look this radiant well into her 40s, she is allowing herself roughly “two cupcakes per month” as a compensatory reward. According to Livestrong, her diet is more adequately explained as the quantifiable expulsion of sugar. Sugar has a nasty habit of weakening the immune system, which in turn effects the aging process, one day at a time.

Meek Mill Shoots His Shot With A Lingerie-Clad Rihanna

Meek Mill simply can’t resist the sight of Rihanna in lingerie.

Sometimes, all a man can do is shoot his shot and hope for the best. Short of sliding into the DMs, Instagram comments are often a viable, less intimate alternative. Granted, if the subject in question is Rihanna, the comment section tends to turn into a feeding frenzy not unlike sharks on chum. That hasn’t stopped Meek Mill from boldly venturing forth an attempt, as suitors aspirant have done for years prior. Today, Meek was caught running game by the ever-watchful eye of The Shade Room, who put his effort on display for all competitors to see.Employing what many experts have come to identity as “pun game,” Meek hit Rihanna with a double entendre for the ages: “Robin Thicke.” Admittedly, Rihanna’s birth name is Robyn, and she is most definitely thick. In that regard, the comment is an unmitigated success. Yet it does seem strange that Meek is essentially praising a woman by comparing her to a man. In all fairness, landing a date with Rihanna is no doubt a difficult task; we can only hope that Meek is up for the challenge. If not for anything, the Drake reaction alone would no doubt make everything worth it. Still, one can hardly blame Meek, and he wouldn’t be the first rapper to leave their mark on Rihanna’s comment section. Tip your hats to the Wins & Losses rapper, and let us hope he can land another one in the win column.
